Here are some screen captures showcasing a recent project I have worked on, alongside the wonderful Cosy in Vietnam. Cosy wants me to create a course on training their managers in the customer service team and they want me to manage the course on LMS as well. I chose Talent LMS as it is a wonderful cloud-based software, it has amazing gamification and social learning features and above all, it gives me clear and reliable insight about my learner’s behaviors.
