Reimagining how people learn β at the intersection of pedagogy, AI, and creative design.
For five years, I've worked at the intersection of learning and development, learning design, and technology.
My work sits at the intersection of learning sciences, digital learning design, AI-enabled tools, and organisational capability building. I have designed and evaluated self-paced courses, blended learning programmes, faculty and staff development initiatives, learning analytics workflows, and AI-supported learning tools for adult learners and underserved student communities.
I am especially interested in how emerging technologies, including AI, can support more thoughtful, inclusive, and learner-centred education without weakening learner agency, professional judgement, or pedagogical quality.
I don't move learning through a fixed assembly line. I start by understanding the whole system it lives in: the people, the culture, the goals β before I read the brief. From there, the work moves in cycles: understand the real problem, shape a thoughtful response, try it with real learners, and let what I observe reshape the next step. Design thinking guides how I understand people. Learning science grounds what I build. Systems thinking keeps me looking at the whole, not just the lesson β because learning isn't a deliverable you finish, it's something that keeps growing with the people and the organisation around it.

Grounding every solution in how people actually learn, whether that's a course, a workshop, or a capability-building program, and making sure outcomes, activities, and assessment hold together.
Producing learning solutions and measuring their impact with analytics, learner feedback, and real-world testing.
If you're solving an interesting learning problem, I want to hear about it.
